I continue working in Ukraine and am always looking for opportunities to show and share God's love to those who are hurting and offer support and understanding. For several years, I was volunteering at a large orphanage in Bucca, Ukraine. I would play games and sports with the kids and just mentor them. A while back, the government began transitioning the orphans to smaller, home settings and God also began to show me that there was a huge problem with domestic abuse without many resources available. So, I looked into how I could come alongside the women and children that are victims of abuse and found a local shelter. Now I am I teaching English at this shelter and also at a church. I continue to look at how I can be used to touch more lives with the love of Christ.  I am humbled at the opportunity to work alongside and encourage women and children who have been victims of physical and emotional abuse to help them see their worth in Christ.  If you would like to join me in this ministry, support can be sent to Nicole Elliott at the above Support address.
